VTI Vacuum Technologies Inc. Publishes “EMI Shielding with Coated Plastics” Whitepaper

VTI Vacuum Technologies Inc., a provider of EMI/RFI shielding for electronic device designers, recently partnered with William D. Kimmel, PE of Kimmel Gerke Associates, Ltd., to publish a whitepaper about how to ensure EMI shielding of plastic enclosures works properly.

“Most molded plastics designed today aren’t manufactured to effectively contain EMI. This EMI shielding white paper explains how to properly design enclosures to ensure effective EMI shielding,” says Wil Fernandez, president of VTI Vacuum Technologies Inc.

Bill Kimmel, PE, EMI Guru will be presenting a live demonstration on Seam Leakage in Coated Plastic Enclosure with VTI Vacuum Technologies being the supplier of the Shielding and Gasketing for the enclosures. Bill will be demonstrating at the IEEE/EMC International Symposium Long Beach, CA August 16 from 9:30 am-11:30 am. He will also be doing demonstrations throughout the Symposium at the VTI Vacuum Technologies Booth # 454
