PDM 2014

Philips Consumer Lifestyle, Jaguar Land Rover, Fiat, Kiska and WRAP are among the high profile organisations that have confirmed their representatives will be speaking at the Plastics Design & Moulding exhibition and conference, PDM 14, taking place 18-19 June 2014 at the Telford International Centre.

Steve Masterson, Partner and COO at Kiska sets the tone for the PDM14 Conference with his opening presentation entitled Innovation and Design: the Power of Plastics. The first day continues with detailed sessions focusing on design, sustainability and packaging. The second day will include market focus sessions in the automotive, consumer goods and medical sectors, followed by process-themed presentations covering rapid prototyping, scientific moulding, and PIM (Powder Impression Moulding).

Michael Abrahams, Engineering and Materials Consultant at the Plastics Consultancy network will present Rapid prototyping and its benefits, focussing on the huge time reduction when rapid prototyping is used and the latest thinking on the approaches and uses of rapid prototyping.
