E&T Plastics’ manufacturing division has been producing high quality plastic components since 1946. The company experienced significant growth and has now expanded to its eighth location. The recently-purchased 70,000 square foot facility in Teterboro, NJ will serve as the main manufacturing facility as well as a sales office and distribution center.

“E&T Plastics’ new Teterboro facility brings the entire manufacturing operation under one roof, which will result in lower operating costs, increased factory throughput, and tighter process integration,” says Michael Singer, Vice President of Manufacturing with E&T Plastics. “Additionally, the new location provides better logistics. Much better accessibility for carriers means lower shipping costs and improved service for Northern New Jersey.”

E&T Plastics is widely recognized as one of the leading plastics distributors and component manufacturers in the United States. The company has long-term relationships with world class plastic manufacturers and offers very competitive prices on quality materials. E&T’s consistent growth has resulted in its expansion from its roots in New York to branches in New Jersey, Florida, Ohio, Illinois, Minnesota, and Texas.

E&T Plastics’ manufacturing facility boasts six high-speed CNC routers with tool-changing capabilities. These machines can handle the most complex designs in large quantities with fast turnaround and high tolerances. An on-site CAD department is equipped with the latest engineering software, and can read most computerized design formats as well as scan from sketches and samples. The facility also contains a laser cutting machine, computerized saws, a diamond edge polishing machine, robotic painting machine, and vacuum and pressure forming equipment.

“Having all of our processes under one roof in a brand new facility with our largest material stock yet gives us a degree of flexibility that we have never had before,” said Joshua Thal-Pruzan, E&T Plastics’ Production Manager.
