Konica Minolta Sensing Americas Hosts 3D Scanning Open House & Seminar

Konica Minolta Sensing Americas, Inc. (KMSA), the worldwide leader in 3D scanning hardware and services, announces its 3D Scanning Lab Open House & Seminar on April 14, 2011 to be held at their state of the art lab in Ramsey, NJ.

KMSA, a long time innovator of 3D non-contact scanners used for measuring the three-dimensional shape of objects, will be hosting an Open House featuring discussions on reverse engineering, inspection, product design and rapid prototyping. Attendees are encouraged to bring samples which will be scanned free of charge. Engineers will also be available to answer application questions. The event runs from 9:00 am until 12:00 p.m. – Lunch will be provided.

The seminar is open to all attendees, providing valuable knowledge on Konica Minolta Sensing 3D scanning products, services, usage and applications. Attendees will learn how 3D scanning can benefit their CAD/CAM, product design, quality control and rapid prototyping processes.
