Graphics Systems Corp Partners with BizTimes for Wisconsin Manufacturing Summit

Graphics Systems Corp (GSC), a provider of 3D engineering solutions and services, announces a partnership with BizTimes Media for the 2015 Manufacturing Summit in Milwaukee, WI. The event, held on October 7th from 7:30 AM – 10:30 AM at the Wisconsin State Exposition Center, brings together top executives of the region’s leading manufacturers to discuss strategies and current trends in the manufacturing industry.

The theme for this year’s event is “Riding the Ups and Downs of the ‘New Normal’” where participants will learn how to manage the ebb and flow of business with shortened lead times, increased demand, and doing less with more. GSC will provide expertise in this topic by hosting two roundtable sessions, “3D Printing in Manufacturing” and “Eliminating Waste from the Product Development Process.” Attendees may register for three 25-minute roundtables at

“The Manufacturing Summit is a great opportunity for business leaders and manufacturers in Wisconsin to come together and share experiences and best practices,” says Dave Kasinskas, president of GSC. “We have a unique perspective in that we work closely with manufacturers in all industries and really understand their business challenges. We’re very excited to be part of this event and to provide our experience and knowledge in these areas.”

Following the Manufacturing Summit, GSC’s 3D printing experts will be presenting a seminar titled “3D Printing for Manufacturing Applications” at the BMO Harris Main Stage at the Wisconsin Manufacturing & Technology Show. The presentation begins at 11:00 AM and explores how 3D printers and production systems use additive manufacturing technology to change product development and manufacturing. Attendees will also learn how to incorporate this technology onto the manufacturing floor.

Following the seminar, attendees are encouraged to stop by the GSC booth, #128, to see the latest in 3D engineering and 3D printing technology and to speak to GSC’s technical experts.
