3D Systems Moving to the New York Stock Exchange

3D Systems Corporation (NASDAQ: TDSC) today announced its pending transfer of the listing of its common stock from the NASDAQ Global Select Market (“NASDAQ”) to the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”). The company expects to begin trading on the NYSE on Thursday, May 26, 2011, subject to the satisfactory completion of its listing on the NYSE, under a new ticker symbol “DDD.” The company expects to continue to trade under the ticker symbol “TDSC” on NASDAQ until the transfer is completed. The company is planning to ring the opening bell of the NYSE on May 26, 2011, which will be broadcast live on the company’s website.

In conjunction with its listing transfer to the NYSE, the company plans to hold an analyst and investor meeting on Thursday, May 26, 2011, at 11:30 a.m. EDT at the New York Stock Exchange, 2 Broad St, New York, NY.
